Lemacons' Experience in Wind Farm Construction: Lemacons demonstrates its expertise in wind farm construction through its involvement in two major projects, reflecting the company’s high standards of quality and technological innovation:
01. Project Completed in 2023: Construction of the Pechea Wind Farm, Galati County:
Project Description: The development of a wind farm comprising 2 wind turbines, access roads, overhead and underground electrical connections, technological platforms, modernization of access roads, and site organization.

Technical Details: The installed wind turbines are VESTAS V150, with a maximum capacity of 6.3 MW each and a total height of 230 m.
The equipment has an operational lifespan of 20-25 years, with the possibility of extending it by an additional 25 years through retrofitting.
Significant quantities of concrete and reinforced steel were utilized, with Lemacons contributing to earthworks, rigid inclusions, access roads, turbine foundations, platforms, and temporary access roads to the foundations.

02. Project Completed in 2025: Development of Wind Power Plants CEE-SPGA1 and CEE-SPGA2, Cudalbi Commune, Galați County
Project Description: Development of two wind power plants connected to the National Energy System via an MT/110 KV electrical station, a 110 KV connection station, and an overhead electrical line.
Technical Details: The plants include 7 wind turbines with a hub height of 120 m and a rotor diameter of 160 m.
The ground is reinforced with cast-in-place reinforced concrete piles.
Lemacons' Contribution:
- Modernization of exploitation roads in the communes of Cudalbi, Suhurlui, Pechea, Slobozia Conachi, and Costache Negri;
- Construction of internal access roads to turbines and technological platforms;
- Construction of wind turbine foundations;
- Reinforcement of a bridge and design work for the park’s infrastructure.

03. Project In Progress (2025-2026): Execution of Civil Works and Electrical Network for a Wind Farm Scânteiești Commune, Galați County
Project description: The project involves the execution of civil works related to a wind farm located in Galați County, Scânteiești Commune, comprising 15 wind turbines. The scope of civil works includes the construction of internal access roads, upgrading of service roads, temporary and permanent platforms, as well as turbine foundations.
The electrical component includes the internal medium-voltage network (33 kV) for connecting the 15 wind turbines via switching stations, the associated earthing systems, as well as the fiber-optic network for communication, monitoring, and control purposes.
