LEMACONS alongside students and future engineers
LEMACONS supports the development of future construction specialists through an active partnership with the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Building Services of the “Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University of Iasi.
We believe that excellence in construction begins with education, practical experience, and the integration of young people into real projects from the early stages of their academic journey. For this reason, we offer students the opportunity to complete internships within our company, directly on construction sites and in technical departments, alongside experienced professionals.
At the same time, we support the integration of final-year students into the labor market by providing employment and professional development opportunities in an environment focused on performance, technology, and large-scale projects.
We are looking for motivated young professionals specializing in:
